How refunds and cancellations of donations will be handled once donations open.

Current status
No online donations are being accepted, so there is currently nothing to refund.
Mistaken donations
Once donations open, if you donate by mistake (for example, a wrong amount or a duplicate payment), contact us within a specified period (to be confirmed) and we will refund it in full to the original payment method, after verifying the transaction.
Recurring donations
Recurring donations, if offered, can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will stop future payments.
Tax certificates
If a certificate has already been issued for a donation that is refunded, it will be cancelled, as the law requires.

Refund timelines will depend on the payment provider and will be stated here once confirmed.
